Antonella brings over 10 years experience in Tourism, sales, customer service, training and hospitality.

Antonella started her career in the cruise industry with Festival Cruises as a crew member whereby through a quick series of promotions she soon became Shore Excursions Manager. Her specific expertise covers all the aspects of the role including team management, recruitment, sales, cost control, training and development the excursions team.

As a result of her excellent onboard performance Antonella formed part of the Festival Cruises Corporate Management office team based in both Greece and Italy respectively. Excursion results improved considerably under her management, introducing new ideas for presentations, sales onboard, team building whilst improving customer service and company image.

Antonella further developed her career as Cruise business consultant and Project Manager for the Italian agency representing German Tour Operator TUI in all Italian Ports of call.

More recently Antonella joined the Progress team to provide technical expertise to a formidable Costa Crociere management training project, port representation and the Cruise Guide Training programme.
