Sharon developed her overseas experience working in Spain for First Choice Holidays, where she soon became one of the top performing resort representatives concerning sales and customer service results. After a succession of placements Sharon was promoted to First Choice Cruises supervisor on board the MV Bolero, where she managed on board cruise Charter operations.

In 2000 Sharon formed part of the Festival Cruises Corporate Management team based initially in Greece and later Italy, where she managed all Human Resources activities, company Logo Branding, in-house Duty Free Shops, and SPA on behalf of the On Board Revenue, Shore Excursions & Tour Operations department.

Sharon created the Festival Cruises LOGO merchandise branding and took responsibility for quality control and guest satisfaction of the department.

Currently Sharon is managing the Progress Cyprus office, a number of key Tourism related projects and a recruitment drive for leading Tourism companies specializing in Eastern Europe and Latin American professional staff.
